About Us

Orion Networks and Systems, originally named Island Computing, started out publishing a computer newpaper in Hawaii in 1987. Moving the business to California in 1990 the name was changed to Orion Networks and the business specialized in computer desktop and network support.

We have been providing IT support to Bay Area businesses since 1990. Our support staff has between 15 and 30 years of computer and network support experience.

We support Microsoft products including Windows XP and Vista, Windows Server SBS, 2003 and 2007, Exchange, SQL Server, etc. We also support Linux, internet routers and networking infrastructure.

Our clients, past and present, include the Cow Palace, Fremont Police Department, Imagine Foods (Rice Dream), R.M. Harris Construction, Pandell Law Firm, Diablo Funding Group, Checkers Catering and many others.
